A drunk teenager driving a car was caught by police twice in the south-east of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (video)

In the Karatuz district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, state traffic inspectors twice detained a 16-year-old boy driving a car while intoxicated.

The first incident occurred in the village Karatuzskoe. At night the teenager was driving VAZ-2107 and, seeing a police patrol, stopped and got out of it. During communication, law enforcement officers noticed signs of intoxication; the examination result was 0.613 mg/l. The offender explained that he was returning home from a neighboring village, and before that he drank 1.5 liters of beer.

In relation to the minor, material was compiled under Part 3 of Art. 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Driving a vehicle by a driver who is intoxicated and does not have a driver’s license.” And three days after that, the teenager was caught by traffic police officers in the village of Cheryomushki, this time the breathalyzer showed 0.18 mg/l.

The guy was again brought to administrative responsibility. In addition, two charges were filed against his mother: for illegal transfer of control of transport and failure to fulfill the duties of raising a minor. The car was placed in a special parking lot.
