According to investigators, for bribes they illegally formalized citizenship, residence permit and other documents. In total – about 10k cases. The legality of obtaining papers is now being checked. A criminal case was opened under the article “Organization of illegal migration.”
Also, investigators, Myysyakov and Turgenev helped one of the local businessmen who hired migrants – warnings about ambulance. Both were detained in April on suspicion of receiving a bribe. The rest was revealed.
After the arrest, it became known that his career was starting with trips by public transport, and finished with solid money in his hands (he and his own property owned by 32 million rubles). The ex-head of the Penza Directorate on Migration had:

– an apartment with an area of ​​60 squares in Penza (stroke St.);
– an apartment of 37 squares in Moscow (the village of Desynovskoye, Mostovaya St.);
– a two -room apartment in a residential complex “Thermode” in Penza;
