Krasnoyarsk residents were urged not to panic because of fakes on the Internet about attacks on schools

The Anti-Terrorist Commission of the Krasnoyarsk Territory appealed to residents of the regional center and region with a request not to panic due to the large amount of fake information about allegedly impending acts of violence in educational institutions.

The day before, screenshots of similar fake messages appeared in a number of city public pages on Telegram. On them, young people in masks warn about impending acts of violence in schools and gymnasiums in Krasnoyarsk.

“These publications appear solely to spread panic. The situation is under the control of law enforcement agencies, and preventive measures are being taken to find the authors of the messages and prevent the spread of false information. Trust only trusted sources!” warns the Office of the Anti-Terrorism Commission of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
