Krasnoyarsk municipal services are preparing for simultaneous complete deratization aimed at combating the spread of rats, from the invasion of which residents are suffering. City will take part in the action on bullying rodents together with all settlements of the region from December 15 to December 21, 2025.

Preparation for events discussed the day before at an industry meeting led by First Deputy Head of Krasnoyarsk Alexander Matsak.
“Umanagement companies are tasked with preparing their MSW accumulation sites, developing and agreeing on schedules for deratization. Control over the implementation of the necessary measures is entrusted to the department of municipal services and transport, as well as district administrations, which will directly interact with the management company and the HOA,” the mayor’s office said.
Residents will be additionally informed about the dates of deratization in specific areas and the necessary precautions.
