The Cathedral on Strelka in Krasnoyarsk can become a “multifunctional center.” Senator Alexander Uss made this statement at the expert session, calling it “a new quality of interaction between the church, society and the state in strengthening traditional values.”

The meeting participants proposed several options for filling the cathedral. Its basement can house a museum of the history of the region, a ceremonial hall, a Center for Orthodox art and a memorial space in honor of the participants in the special operation. The idea was also voiced to create a research and design center for specialists in church art on the basis of the temple.
As a result of the discussion, it was decided to form a working group to develop the proposals.
