In Norilsk, the court granted the buyer’s lawsuit, who purchased a mattress with a production defect in a local store. It is reported by the regional Rospotrebnadzor.

The man bought a bed and a mattress for a sick mother with a total value of 64 thousand rubles in a store on Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street. When unpacking the goods the day after delivery, the buyer found a yellow spot on the side of the mattress.
The store recognized the drawback, but offered only 5 % discounts (2,220 rubles), referring to the insignificance of the defect. The buyer considered this proposal unacceptable, since the stain made a new mattress unsuitable for use.
The court fully satisfied the claims of the plaintiff. 58 020 rubles were collected with LLC LLC, including the cost of the mattress (44,000 rubles), compensation for non -pecuniary damage (500 rubles), a penalty (3,520 rubles) and a fine in favor of the consumer (10,000 rubles). The contract of sale was terminated.
