Every citizen of the country, upon reaching 40 years of age, will receive a notification in the Diya mobile application exactly 30 days after their birthday. After confirmation of participation, 2 thousand UAH will be transferred to the “Diya.Kart”, which can only be used to pay for screening in medical institutions included in the list of the National Health Service of Ukraine (NSHSU).
It is noted that these can be both public clinics and private ones. A person is enrolled in a chosen medical institution, regardless of place of residence. The examination will take place within one visit – lasting 60-90 minutes. After completion, the service is paid on the spot with “Diya.Card”.
For those who do not use Diya, there is another option – apply for a plastic bank card, submit an application to the Central Administrative Service, receive a message about the crediting of funds a week later and go through the same screening as application users
The state budget provides 10 billion UAH to finance the health screening program, the Ministry of Health noted.
