In Krasnoyarsk, a 35-year-old saleswoman was fined again for selling alcohol to teenagers. This was reported to the regional prosecutor's office.

According to the supervisory authority, in February 2025, an employee of an alcohol market on Miroshnichenko Street sold a bottle of beer to a 14-year-old teenager, without verifying the boy’s age and without thinking about the consequences of her actions. Since the woman had already been fined 30 thousand rubles for selling alcohol to minors, a criminal case was opened against her.

The court found the alcohol market employee guilty of repeated retail sale of alcoholic products to minors (Article 151.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and fined her 50 thousand rubles. The saleswoman admitted her guilt and at the meeting promised to carefully check the buyers’ documents in the future so that this would not happen again.

Let us remind you that earlier it became known that in the Kansky district three sellers will stand trial for selling alcohol to teenagers.
