Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theater went on tour to the Far East

Krasnoyarsk Opera Theater and ballet He went on tour to the Far East, the Ministry of Culture of the region said. Tours in Vladivostok will be held from June 2 to 15.

The theater plans to present its best performances to the Far Eastern public. These are the ballets “Katarina, or the daughter of the robber”, “Spartak” and “Catharsis Dante”, as well as the opera “Seville Barber” and “Lakme”.

“Our theater will perform for the first time on the Primorsky stage. The scale of our tour is impressive: more than 300 people will fly to the Far East, already 8 tons of 5 tons each along the way. In addition, about 1000 costumes we have to Vladivostok, ”said Svetlana Guziy, director of the Krasnoyarsk State Opera and Ballet Theater of Opera and Ballet.

At the same time, from May 28 to June 8, on the stage of the Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theater, the Primorsky scene of the Mariinsky Theater shows its productions. They brought the ballets “Horse-Humpbacked”, “Firebird” and “Fedra”, as well as the opera Don Paskual, ​​Paidasy and Iolanta.

“The Krasnoyarsk viewer will see the true ballet theater from the most touring troupe in our country. Bright, spectacular, we created these performances like that, ”said Eldar Aliyev, People's Artist of Russia and the artistic director of the ballet troupe of the Primorsky stage of the Mariinsky Theater.
