Ingredients:
- 700 g cottage cheese;
- 100 g sugar;
- 50 g semolina;
- 80 g butter;
- four eggs;
- 10 g vanilla sugar;
- 150 g raisins;
- 150 g poppy seeds;
- a pinch of salt;
- one banana;
- 50 g cocoa.
Ingredients for glaze:
- 50 g cocoa;
- 50 g sugar;
- 100 g milk;
- 80 g butter.
Preparation
- Boil the poppy seeds for 20 minutes. Puree with a blender, adding sugar.
- In a separate container, mix cottage cheese, salt, eggs, semolina, sugar, banana, butter and vanilla sugar. Blend everything with a blender. Add banana and beat again until smooth.
- Add 6 tbsp to the poppy seeds. l. dough and some raisins.
- Transfer part of the curd mass to a separate container and add cocoa. Blend everything with a blender and add raisins at the end.
- Place the cocoa dough on the bottom of the mold, then the white dough, and the poppy seed filling on top.
- Bake the cake for 90 minutes at 180°C.
- Prepare the glaze. Mix sugar with cocoa, pour in milk and add butter. Heat everything over low heat until the butter melts.
- Drizzle frosting over cupcake.
