A persistent alimony defaulter from the Evenki district left his native village in an attempt to hide from the bailiffs. The GUFSSP of Russia for the region spoke about this.
The man was assigned alimony for the maintenance of his 13-year-old son, which he maliciously evaded for several years, as a result of which the amount of debt exceeded 550 thousand rubles. The debtor himself hid from the bailiffs who initiated enforcement proceedings and hid the property subject to seizure, despite the fact that he was notified of his financial obligations.
“The identification of the debtor was complicated by the fact that he did not live at his place of registration in Tours, was in Krasnoyarsk and was not officially employed,” said the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The bailiff of the OSP for the Evenki district sent a search order to the bailiff department for the Sovetsky district No. 1 of the city of Krasnoyarsk, whose employees quickly found both the debtor and his car.
The bailiff seized the Swedish-made Scania truck, after which he handed over the tractor for evaluation.
Without waiting for the assessment process, the negligent father paid off the arrears of alimony payments in full so as not to lose his vehicle, which could probably be a source of his unofficial income.
Now the debtor is under the control of bailiffs, the issue of his official employment is being decided.
