A new paid city parking will open in the center of Krasnoyarsk from November 27

“The specialists have already put the asphalt surface in order, installed the necessary equipment for a standard access system with barriers, signs and information plaques. There are 217 parking spaces on site, including for people with disabilities. The parking method is perpendicular,” the mayor’s office said.

The price will be standard as in other city paid parking lots – 25 rubles per hourwhich is lower than it was under the businessmen. Payment will be collected via cards, parking meters or app. After entering the barrier, 7 free minutes are provided. The parking lot will be open 24 hours a day.

“Paid parking is organized in the historical part of the city, near popular recreational areas or in places with high traffic, but with a limited number of parking lots. The main goal is to ensure the efficient use of each parking space, increase the capacity of the streets, organize chaotically parked areas, and ensure the comfort and safety of citizens,” the mayor’s office recalled.
