A 42-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk will appear before the trial for causing death by negligence of its roommate.
Everything happened in October last year in one of the rooms of the dormitory along the street of Zheleznodorozhnikov. It was preliminarily established that at the request of a 28-year-old girl, a man made her a drug injection, but the dose turned out to be too large. As a result, she died from acute poisoning with a prohibited substance and cerebral edema.
The father of the deceased turned to the prosecutor’s office, reported the circumstances of her death and the negative impact from the cohabitant.
“It turned out that before the girl was always in business, she worked, studied until she met her future roommate with 20 years of experience in drug use. He had long suffered from immunodeficiency and other incurable diseases, he was judged, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
The man explained the following: “I understood that she could die, but she herself asked.”
Now under Part 1 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation threatens him imprisonment for up to two years.
