An unfinished building was put up for sale in Krasnoyarsktribute “El Dorado» on Surikov Street, 166. The starting price of the auction is 224 million rubles, reports the city hall’s TG channel “GradVestnik”.

Let us remind you that the construction of a 10-story retail and office complex with underground parking by Eldorado Trade Complex LLC began in 2003. The construction permit was extended several times, and in 2015, changes were made to it – instead of a retail and office complex, the developer decided to build a hotel. Then he lost the right to the land plot, and the construction permit was canceled. In June 2025, following a claim by the Department of Municipal Property and Land Relations, the regional arbitration court decided to seize the property by selling it at public auction.
“The building is now 83% complete. But it will not be possible to complete it within the same parameters. It is necessary to develop a project for the reconstruction of the unfinished building and take into account all modern standards – first of all, the regional resolution “On approval of the boundaries of zones for the protection of cultural heritage sites.” A potential developer must carefully study all possible restrictions before submitting an application for bidding,” the GradVestnik TG channel said.
Applications for participation are accepted from December 17 to January 22. Public auctions for the sale of the unfinished construction project are scheduled for January 26.
It is noted that until today it was not possible to announce tenders due to prohibitions on registration actions within the framework of enforcement proceedings. They were removed during interaction with the Marshals Service.
