A young St. Petersburg resident painted graffiti advertising drugs in Norilsk (video)

In Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, police detained a 23-year-old guy who was writing inscriptions on the walls of houses offering the purchase of narcotic substances.
The attacker explained that he came from St. Petersburg specifically for this and was doing “work” for a fee from an unidentified person via the Internet.
“In just two days, the detainee made 32 graffiti, which he was forced to paint over,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Administrative cases were opened against the guy under Articles 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Propaganda of Narcotic Drugs” and 6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription or new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances.” The materials have been sent to the court for further consideration.
