The national union of penitentiary police (SNPP) accuses the head of the Penitentiary Administration, who was appointed according to the Minister of Justice five months ago, of sending more messages “with sexual temptation and indecent expressions, which, in our opinion, is a clear form of harassment”. Contacted by Hotnews, chief commissioner Bogdan Burcu said, in a message, that “attacks and rumors” appeared because he “disturbed old groups and interests” and that “there are institutions that can check everything”.

The National Union of Police Police (SNPP) posted on the organization's website, with the title: “Sexual predator at the top of the National Penitentiary Administration!” which concerns the current general manager of the National Penitentiary Administration, Chief Commissioner Geo Bogdan Burcu.

The representatives of the union claim that there are at least five cases of penitentiaries who have complained that they received indecent messages from the chief commissioner, which would represent “a pattern of abusive behavior”.
