On September 24, the V Interregional Conference “Prospects for Development of System 112 and Systems of Enlightenment Systems” was held in Krasnoyarsk.
At the site of the event organized by Rostelecom, developers of software decisions, representatives of authorities and law enforcement agencies from different regions of the country met.
Exploration of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and the All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies also took online participation. The main topics of the discussion are the translation of security systems to domestic software, digital data protection and the integration of technological solutions.
“The conference has become a constructive platform for the exchange of users, manufacturers and suppliers of software, equipment and digital services. We were able to discuss a number of industry problems and jointly find ways to solve them. For Rostelecom, as a flagship in the safety of citizens and infrastructure, it was important to receive feedback from customers – we will be ready to offer products that take into account the growing market requests, ”said the director of the digital regions of the Siberian Federal District of Rostelecom, Nikita Residents.
Rostelecom presented to participants in the development of the “system 112” and the technical capabilities of expanding the zone of coverage of the population warning system to 90 %. Particular attention was paid to communication channels. In the context of restrictions on the services of mobile operators, the transition from GSM channels to fiber-optical lines is becoming more and more relevant.
“The event is annual, takes place for the fifth time. This year, the conference was first accepted by the Krasnoyarsk Territory, ”said Nikolai Raspin, Minister of Digital Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. – I thank my colleagues for the decision to hold an event with us, for the region it is a great opportunity to demonstrate your experience and see the developments of other regions of Russia. Among the key issues of the development of “System 112” today is the transition to domestic software, the task that was set by the President of the Russian Federation in the framework of the National Project of the “Economics of Data”, the regproject “Domestic decisions”. This year we transferred to the Russian Calls and Reserve Central Center in Krasnoyarsk to Russian. We will do the same work in Norilsk. ”
The final of the event was the awarding of the winners of the integrated competition of System 112 operators, who demonstrated their professional skills, for example, a high -speed set of text. The best were guests from Novosibirsk, they received gifts from Rostelecom and conference partners.
