“It doesn't matter how much I play anymore”

FCSB was imposed against those from Gloria Bistritascore 3-1, in the first group game of the Betano Romanian Cup. The champion of Romania prevailed thanks to the successes signed by Denis Alibec (penalty, minute 26) and Mamadou Thiam, both in the first half, while Alexandru Stoian closed the scoreboard in extra time.
For the hosts, Emmanuel Mensah scored from 11 meters.
At the end of the game, Denis Alibec, the author of his first goal this season, spoke about the team's victory
“It was a very difficult match. We were lucky to score two goals in the first half, because in the second half they kind of dominated us. The important thing is that we won and we hope to qualify,” said the red-blue striker.
“The field was quite difficult, but overall good. We can't complain about the grass. I just hope that Miculescu's injury is not serious, he stepped crookedly and I feel sorry for him,” added Alibec.
Asked if he was unhappy about being substituted at half-time, Alibec was blunt:
“It doesn't matter how much I play. I try to do my job as well as possible and, God willing, may the results come.”
