How to log in to Your e-PIT and submit PIT 2025 online?


From February 15, 2026, millions of Polish men and women can submit tax returns for last year. More and more taxpayers use electronic tax settlements. The Your e-PIT service allows you to save time and avoid errors when completing the declaration.

One of the most convenient methods is the e-Tax Office mobile application. After downloading the free app from the Google Play or App Store, you can choose biometric or PIN login. It is a fast and safe solution for smartphone users.

To use the mObywatel application, go to tax.gov.pl, select the login option via Login.gov.pl and indicate mObywatel. Then scan the QR code in the smartphone application and share the data. The system will automatically redirect the user to the Your e-PIT service.
How to log in to Your e-PIT and submit PIT 2025 online?
As we read in the message on the website of the Ministry of Finance, after entering the website tax.gov.pl/twoj-e-pit/ or tax.gov.pl/e-urzad-skarbowy/ follow these steps:
- click the button: “Settle your e-PIT” or “Log in to the e-Tax Office”;
- select the tile: “Login.gov.pl”, and then select login via the mObywatel application;
- as described, after logging in to the mObywatel application on your smartphone, select the QR Code button in the bottom menu;
- scan the QR code with the mObywatel application;
- select the “Share data” button in the application to go to the service – then you will be redirected straight to Your e-PIT.

It is also possible to log in using your tax details. To log in with your tax data, after entering the website: kontakt.gov.pl/twoj-e-pit/ or kontakt.gov.pl/e-urzad-skarbowy, you should:
- click the button: “Settle your e-PIT” or “Log in to the e-Tax Office”;
- select the tile: “Your tax details” – this will allow you to log in after entering:
- PESEL or NIP number and date of birth
- revenue amounts for 2024 – this is the sum of revenues from the return for 2024.
- revenue amounts for 2025 – this is the amount of one revenue from one information from the payer for 2025.
- amount of overpayment/tax to be paid from the return for 2024.
This is an option for people who do not use mobile applications. Modern login methods facilitate access to e-tax services and allow you to quickly settle your PIT without leaving home.
