Bailiffs seized a collection of weapons from a resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for a debt of 15.8 million rubles

In the Achinsk region, bailiffs seized firearms from a local resident who owed more than 15.8 million rubles for illegal hunting. This was reported in the press service of the bailiffs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
In relation to a resident Bolshoy Uluy village initiated enforcement proceedings for damages to the regional Ministry of Natural Resources.
He explained to the bailiffs that he lives in his mother-in-law’s house, does not work and is supported by his wife. Despite a warning about criminal liability, he did not take measures to repay the debt.
Through the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian National Guard, we managed to find out that the debtor owns a rifled self-loading carbine “Vepr-308”, a double-barreled hunting rifle “IZH-27”, a self-loading carbine “Soyga-308-1” and a pistol “PB-4-1MP, OSA”. They were arrested along with 110 rounds of various types of ammunition.
The issue of initiating a criminal case for malicious evasion of debt repayment is currently being decided.
