In Krasnoyarsk, a Siberian generating company’s production security conference was held. This year, the event first took place in an expanded format – colleagues from Abakan and Kyzyl joined in the work of the heads of production enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk Contour of the Krasnoyarsk.
In total, more than 200 people took part in the two -day program, including representatives of trade union organizations and the medical service.
The key topic of discussion of the conference was projects in the field of labor protection and their practical implementation at production facilities. SGK pays primary attention to this direction, introducing a whole complex of specialized programs and technologies into the production process.
In the arsenal of power engineers – such projects as “Safety steps”, “Safety Light” and “Stationary Anchor Systems”. A significant role is assigned to the work of modern specialized technology. So, bulldozers that work in fuel warehouses are equipped with fire extinguishing systems, which not only ensures the safety of employees, but also retains the stability of the heat source, which is important for reliable heat supply of citizens. In the latest technology, mobile workshops are equipped – Moor. They are actively attracted to work on heating networks. Cars help quickly eliminate damage to pipelines. To date, such wheels on wheels are working in Krasnoyarsk, Kansk and Nazarov.
Particular interest in the conference was caused by pilot projects using digital technologies. For example, a project is successfully implemented on the Krasnoyarsk TPP-1 using a DVR equipped with artificial intelligence. The camera in motion fixes the driver’s mistakes and thereby helps to prevent emergency situations. This year, similar equipment was installed on the cars of the Nazarovsky GRES.
General Director of the Yenisei TGK (TGK-13) Oleg Bubnovsky in his speech emphasized:
“It is necessary to involve as many people as possible in production security projects, to develop their interest. The more specialists participate in them, the more effective the result. Our task is to create comfortable conditions in production, to teach safe working methods and risk assessment. This is especially important for enterprises that provide residents with vital resources. ”
Special attention was paid to the conferences “hunting for risks.” The project “Development of safe behavior and risk management skills” has been implemented in the company for three years. During this time, almost two thousand people passed the training. The essence of the project is to teach employees to see a potential danger and prevent its development. In addition, they discussed proposals for its development. In particular, they proposed a system of motivation and tools for the exchange of experience, among which-conducting cross-sessions at other stations.
At the end of the event, the most active participants in the production security conference were awarded with honorary diplomas and prizes.
