The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory drew attention to the fraudulent scheme of seizure of forest lands in the Irbey district. Employees stopped illegal activities.
It turned out that a 40-year-old man from Irbesky invited a pensioner from the village of Ust-Kanachul to issue a fictitious deal. He took advantage of the complex economic position of the pensioner and took possession of a land plot with an area of 60 hectares, representing A valuable forest with coniferous trees. At first, a power of attorney for the right was made up for the attacker ordersand after – a gift agreement. The pensioner received 50 thousand rubles for this.
The attacker was going to cut down the forest in order to earn money from the sale of wood in the future. The prosecutor's office imposed a ban on economic actions on the site. A lawsuit was also filed on recognizing a fraudulent transaction invalid. The court ruled that the transaction was fictitious and concluded to circumvent the ban on the sale of such plots without an offer to the state.
After making a decision, the attacker appealed to the regional court, but his decision was the same.
