
The editors of the Ukrainian culinary website Shuba shared a recipe for a salad with bulgur and vegetables.
“It’s filling, healthy, and ready in 30 minutes,” the website says.
Ingredients:
- 120 g bulgur;
- one cucumber;
- one tomato;
- half a bell pepper;
- half a red onion;
- greens to taste;
- 1.5 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 1 tsp. lemon juice.
Preparation
- Cut the cucumber and onion into half rings, the tomatoes into cubes, and the pepper into strips.
- Finely chop the greens.
- Combine boiled bulgur, vegetables and herbs in a salad bowl and mix.
- Add olive oil, salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Stir again.
