If you have any leftover bulgur, prepare this incredibly delicious salad. Recipe for a few minutes

The editors of the Ukrainian culinary website Shuba shared a recipe for a salad with bulgur and vegetables.

“It’s filling, healthy, and ready in 30 minutes,” the website says.

Ingredients:

  • 120 g bulgur;
  • one cucumber;
  • one tomato;
  • half a bell pepper;
  • half a red onion;
  • greens to taste;
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice.

Preparation

  1. Cut the cucumber and onion into half rings, the tomatoes into cubes, and the pepper into strips.
  2. Finely chop the greens.
  3. Combine boiled bulgur, vegetables and herbs in a salad bowl and mix.
  4. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Stir again.
