According to him, “most likely” the first ladies of Ukraine and the USA Elena Zelenskaya and Melania Trump will meet “on the humanitarian issue about children”.
Zelensky said that at a meeting with Trump, in particular, about sanctions against Russia, the President of Ukraine wants to receive signals on the understanding of whether there will be security guarantees from all partners and “those that are needed”.
“We have prepared the basis for security guarantees, which Europe is ready to go, taking into account that the United States will be near. We conducted a lot of discussions, there was a dialogue at different levels, including the leadership of our armies and General Staffs with Europeans, with the Americans,” the President of Ukraine said.
He also expressed the belief that the binding of the introduction of anti -Russian sanctions to the probable strengthening of Europe’s tariff policy in relation to countries buying energy resources from the Russian Federation (this is what Trump does) is the inhibition of pressure on the illegitimate president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
