For the second consecutive night, the Russians attacked the city of Bila Tserkva in the Kiev region with drones, an Ukrainian official announced. The Russians also attacked the non -residential buildings in Sumi with drones.

The attack caused a fire. “Unfortunately, there are victims and it is known that a person has died,” said the interim chief of the local council in Bila Tserkva, Volodimir Vovkotrob, on Facebook, quoted by Ukrinform.

All relevant services are already working to eliminate the consequences of the attack, the official announced. He warned that in some areas it is possible to form smoke and urged citizens to close the windows and remain calm.

Following the attack, a man's body was found in a garage cooperative, the head of the Kiev Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, also announced.

“In the city, there were damages on the windows of multi-storey buildings, fires on the territory of a garage cooperative, inside the commercial and industrial enterprises,” he said.
