Krasnoyarsk residents were told whether it is possible to receive a recalculation for the heat in the apartment

9 April 12:06
Stroynadzor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory said that if the temperature in the apartment is too high, you can also get a recalculation from the resource supply organization.
In the spring, when it gets warm outside, many people wonder whether it would be better to turn off the heating in their apartments. Stroynadzor explained that according to the standards, this can be done only after the average daily temperature remains at +8 °C for five days.
“If you turn off the heat too early, during a sudden cold snap you will have to start the system again, and this is difficult and expensive,” the press service explained.
But if the temperature in the apartment is higher than the standard, this is also a reason to ask for a recalculation for poor-quality service. According to the norm, a comfortable temperature should be maintained in rooms from +18 to +22 °C, and in corner rooms – from +20 to +24 °C. In the northern territories, +20…+24 °C and +22…+26 °C are considered the norm, respectively. At night (from 0:00 to 5:00) deviations of 4 °C above or 3 °C below normal are permissible.
But if the indicators strongly deviate from the norm in any direction, a citizen has the right to apply for a recalculation. To do this you need:
- submit application for temperature measurement to the management company. Make it better through “Public Services House»;
- receive a copy of the measurement report;
- write an application for recalculation with a copy of the measurement report attached.
If the management organization has not responded, you can contact Stroynadzor for help.
