The 2nd Eastern District Military Court convicted a 36-year-old resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The man was found guilty of financing the organization of the organization recognized as extremist and terrorist.
According to the case file, since 2016, Dyukin regularly watched on the Internet video materials of prohibited movement, which contained criticism of Russia's domestic and foreign policy. Since 2019, being a dissatisfied policy of the state, he began to financially support the organization through his head – the opposition from Saratov.
Even after the movement was recognized as terrorist in 2021, the man continued his financing. From September 2021 to August 2024, he made 13 money transfers totaling more than 50 thousand rubles.
The court sentenced a 10 years in prison, of which Dyukin will spend the first 3 years in prison, and the remaining term in a maximum security colony. The sentence has not yet entered into legal force.
