On Saturday at noon, Lithuania resumed traffic on the Lithuanian-Belarusian border, more than 12 hours after weather balloons carrying smuggled cigarettes from Belarus entered Lithuanian airspace on Friday, which paralyzed the operation of airports in Vilnius and Kaunas.
