“It's not a trifle to send Finnish soldiers to combat missions,” said Prime Minister Orpo in an interview with Radio Yle. – Due to the special position of Finland, as a country adjacent to Russia, the decision on a specific role of the country in building a security guarantee for Ukraine must first be discussed in parliament – said the prime minister.
He also reminded that Finland has been politically and militarily involved in political and militarily involved in the beginning of Ukraine's defense war through systematic delivery of defense and training assistance for the Ukrainian army. “We do not accept Russian troops in Ukraine”
