Net profit JD of the Benefit Systems Group in the second quarter of 2025 increased to PLN 142.9 million from PLN 108.9 million a year earlier – the company said in the report. The profit turned out to be 8.5 percent. Above the expectations of analysts who forecasted that it would amount to PLN 131.7 million.

In the second quarter of 2025, Benefit Systems revenues amounted to PLN 1094 million, while a year earlier they were at the level of PLN 844.8 million. PAP Consensus Biznes assumed revenues of PLN 1088 million.

The group recorded PLN 202 million of operating profit against PLN 157.1 million a year earlier. The PAP Biznes consensus assumed EBIT at PLN 204.2 million.

The revenues of the Poland segment increased by 16.3 percent. in terms of year to year. The increase in revenues is mainly the result of increasing the number of sports cards to 1,687.6 thous. pieces as at balance sheet (at 1,497.7 thousand pieces in a comparative period), an increase in sports card prices and an increase in the sale of fitness clubs.

The group increased the number of fitness clubs in Poland to 251 facilities as at June 30, 2025. At the time of approval of this report, the number of own clubs is 253 objects.

The EU abroad segment, taking into account the group's activities in four markets (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Bulgaria), increased revenues in the first half of 2025 by 23.7 percent. yard up to PLN 551.1 million. At the same time, the operational result dropped by 38.6 percent. up to PLN 44.8 million.

Benefit Systems said that this is the result of increasing employment in the segment companies, which is associated with the dynamic development of the Bulgarian market.

Compared to the end of the first half of 2024, the number of operating clubs increased by 54 locations. At the time of approval of the Company's report for publication, the number of own clubs in the EU foreign segment is 99 facilities.

In the EU abroad segment, the number of cards at the end of the first half of 2025 amounted to 614.1 thousand, which means an increase compared to the end of the first half of 2024 by 26.5 percent.

Sales revenues in Turkey in the first half of this year. PLN 105.2 million against PLN 3.6 million a year earlier. The operational loss of the segment was about PLN 27.7 million. At the end of the first half of 2025, the number of active cards was 32.8 thousand.

As reported in the presentation, the company maintains the assumption for 2025 and assumes an increase in the number of cards in Poland by 130,000, and on foreign markets by approx. 150 thousand. ARPU growth year -on -year is expected at low levels of several percent in Poland and at comparable levels of level abroad.

In Poland, the company expects comparable or slightly lower profitability than in 2024. Expected pressure on the EU segment margin due to investments in the development of fitness networks and sports cards.

The company expects about 20 openings in Poland and over 45 on foreign markets, it still analyzes the market in terms of investment capabilities in Poland and abroad.
