In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the key areas of budget expenditures next year

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, state programs were considered for 2026–2028, which will be included in the draft new budget. The discussion was held at the Interdepartmental Commission under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Bakhar with the participation of deputies and representatives of the executive authorities.

In total, the participants of the commission discussed the 21st program on the basis of which the expenditure part of the budget will be drawn up. The government noted that this year special attention was paid to synchronization with the national goals of the country's development, determined by the President of the Russian Federation, as well as the implementation of instructions of the Governor of the Territory and the Legislative Assembly of the region.

Many state programs have retained the continuity of goals and objectives, while some of them have been changed taking into account new priorities. Members of the commission discussed issues of increasing financing of certain expenses declared by relevant departments.

Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Bakhar: “The next stage of the budget process has been passed. We examined each state program in detail, formed taking into account new approaches. We discussed the amount of additional need for all industries. The next step is the coordination of programs at the leadership of the region. ”

Recall that this year the preparation of state programs took place taking into account the updated approaches. To improve the program management system, curators from among deputy prime ministers or deputy heads of the region are identified, program committees have been created.

According to the established procedure, state programs will be finalized and approved by the end of September at a meeting of the regional government. After that, on their basis, the main financial document of the region will be formed, which will be received by the Legislative Assembly until October 15.
