A fake bot of Rospotrebnadzor appeared in Telegram, which can mislead the inhabitants of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The management specialists on their channel reported that they did not create any chat bots in the messenger. Krasnoyarstsev is asked to maintain vigilance and not lead to the tricks of cybercriminals.
“With what intent this is done, one can only guess. Be careful! ” – commented on the situation in Rospotrebnadzor.
Journalists from the “cord” decided to check why the chat-boot was created. It turned out that in order to get access to it, it is necessary to enter a “special code”. Using such a code, Telegram users usually restore access to their account. Accordingly, if you follow all the instructions, you can lose your profile in the messenger and transfer personal data to the scammers.
Recall that this is not the first time that the fake account of the department is found on the Internet. In 2023, for example, the chief sanitary doctor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Dmitry Goryaev notified the local residents about the fake website of the administration with proposals for the provision of legal services.
Then the experts sent information about the resource to the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
