IN Krasnoyarskm Rospotrebnadzor advised residents of the region, how to properly organize your morning awakening and make it as comfortable as possible.

As experts note, setting five alarms in a row to wake up in the morning is wrong. When you set several alarms, you fall asleep literally for 5-10, maximum 15 minutes, and still the alarm rings again. This is not advisable because you are not immersed in the basic sleep that happens at night.

Besides, it’s better not to wake up under “aggressive siren sounds” and to a soft melody. Today, modern gadgets also help make waking up comfortable.

“If the alarm clock causes stress, you can use eco-lamps that imitate the dawn. That is, the lamp connects to your gadget, and if you have a bracelet with which you sleep and which measures your sleep phase, then these sleep phases are transmitted to the lamp. It turns on when you are in REM sleep. For example, you set the alarm for 7 o'clock, and the rapid phase of sleep began at 06:50. The alarm clock sounds, the lamp starts to turn on slowly and the result is an imitation of dawn,” explained a doctor of the highest category, neurologist-somnologist Irina Raginienė.
