In 2020, he left IBS and founded his own GS-Invest (engaged in software development and integration, the condition is 14.5 billion rubles). In 2023, he sold his share (47%) and left the business. In addition, he took places in the Council of Directors of Vimpelcom. For the cottage of bribes on an especially large scale, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
Earlier, Matsotsky ranked 18th in the list of IT billiarders in Russia.
UPD. The arrest was elected in absentia, the prosecution is based on the fact that Matsotsky is supposedly not in Russia, which he was accused of defense did not report.
