
The coach emphasized that the body's metabolism is not slowed down by age, but energy costs are changing.
“While we are young, we are forced to move a lot: training, parties, sports, just walks with friends – all this requires a lot of energy. And often there is no time to eat normally,” the coach explained. “And after 40 years everything changes: sitting work, home. At home, he at home and lay on a sofa to relax after a hard day. Of course, such a lifestyle leads to a weight gain.”
According to Boyko, in order to “disperse” metabolism after 40 years, you do not need to look for any products that supposedly accelerate metabolism.
“It is enough to increase activity. Be it daily walks, any physical work, household chores, dancing, any sport. In general, you just need to move more. Physical activity is the best way to“ disperse ”metabolism,” he assured.
Context
Boyko in 2012 at the Ukrainian Bodybuilding Championship in Kyiv won the bronze medal in the category of “Veterans”. In 2016, at the open Cup of the Lviv region for bodybuilding, bodyfitnes, fitness bikini and beach bodybuilding in the category of “veterans” he took second place.
