Products for the test

  • 200 g of flour;
  • 100 g of boiling water;
  • 20 g of vegetable oil;
  • 20 g of vodka.

Products for the filling

  • 300 g of minced meat;
  • green;
  • spices to taste;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking

  1. Pour boiling water into the flour, into which salt and vegetable oil pre -add.
  2. Pour vodka into the mixture and mix everything first with a spoon, and then with your hands. Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling. Mix the minced meat with greens and spices, add a little water. The minced meat should resemble a prayer.
  4. Form chebureks and fry them on a large amount of vegetable oil on both sides.
