According to the prosecutor’s office, in October 2022, a 58-year-old defendant in one of the messengers, under the news, left a comment containing calls to destroy the military commissariats. And in March 2024 under the post on VKontakte about the tragedy in the Moscow Crocus City Hall, he posted a message justifying the actions of terrorists.
“Law enforcement officers detained the grief-commentator. A criminal case was instituted against him under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 Criminal Code. Its legality is checked by the prosecutor. The investigation is controlled, ”said the supervisory department.
They can punish an attacker in the amount of up to one million rubles, or by deprivation of liberty for a term of 5 to 7 years.
