A new kindergarten will open in Krasnoyarsk this year

In the Krasnoyarsk microdistrict Pokrovsky, a new kindergarten built on Chernyshevsky Street, 69 will begin operating this year. This was reported by the mayor’s office.

Let us remind you that the construction of the institution began in April 2024 according to the project of the Sakhalin company. Construction was carried out in cramped conditions, within the boundaries of already established buildings.

We have already purchased beds, tables, chairs, and the necessary sports equipment for the kindergarten, including treadmills and exercise bikes for the children. Drying cabinets were installed in all groups so that children’s mittens and boots remained dry after walks.

For security inside and outside, the building is equipped with video surveillance cameras; the security guard at the main entrance will have access to them.

“The kindergarten took about two years to build. This was due, among other things, to the difficult terrain on the site. At the beginning of 2026, the three-story building was officially put into operation. The institution will be able to accommodate 190 children. Inside there are 8 groups from nursery to preparatory school, there is a large gym, a music room, an equipped catering unit and other necessary rooms. The procedure for transferring the kindergarten to the main education department has now been launched. While the garden is guarded by the contractor, he, if necessary, eliminates comments,” said the acting. Head of the Capital Construction Department Alexander Paramygin.

The institution will become a structural subdivision of kindergarten No. 70. The new building will begin enrolling children on April 1, 2026, and the kindergarten will begin operating in May.

“Realizing that a modern child needs to move and develop a lot, a decision was made to organize an outdoor curling club here. We have already concluded an agreement and purchased the necessary equipment for this. We hope that adults will also join the game and we will be able to organize family games. There will also be good additional education here, which is facilitated by a large music hall. On the third floor of the garden there are rooms for specialized specialists, so it will be possible to provide correctional services to children experiencing developmental difficulties,” said Marina Chernyshkova, deputy head of the main education department.
