Since the beginning of this year, in the Leninsky district of Krasnoyarsk alone, 12 illegal temporary structures have been dismantled – metal containers, garages and parking lots on Volzhskaya, 33, Daurskaya, 4/3 streets have been removed from municipal land.
Now work is being carried out on Michurina Street, 23 – from there pavilions whose lease has expired are being liquidated. The contract with the owner was terminated, but he refused to demolish the structures himself. Residents also repeatedly complained about this area – people gathered there, drank alcohol and left garbage behind.
The immediate plans include the demolition of an outbuilding on Kvartalnaya Street, 8, and pavilions at the intersection of Lvovskaya and Volzhskaya – they will be removed to ensure road safety.
“This year we plan to demolish at least 250 illegal temporary structures. We will continue to work on eliminating emergency cellars and fire-hazardous outbuildings,” told head of the Leninsky district Dmitry Guryev.
Residents are asked to report unauthorized temporary facilities to the administration by phone 264-14-81.
