In Krasnoyarsk, a sewer flood occurred in a new building on 37 Lesnikov Street. The deputy of the Legislative Assembly Ilya Zaitsev reported this in his telegram channel.
The house was rented in 2023 and is still under warranty, but already stably, twice a month, tenants are fighting with sewage stench and flooding of the basements. According to the inhabitants, the smell penetrates into the porches and apartments. People complain of mold, damp, insects that crawl through the cracks in the floor.
Owners suggest that we can talk about technical mistakes that could be made at the construction stage.
“In the near future, I will send deputy requests to the construction supervision service to force the management company to use the right to warn the common house property, as well as to Rospotrebnadzor and the prosecutor's office of the region,” Ilya Zaitsev said.
We will remind, earlier in Krasnoyarsk the emergency threat was announced due to the condition of the sewer pumping station in house No. 27D on Sudostroynaya Street. The corresponding decision was signed by the acting Head of the city Alexei Shuvalov.
