In Krasnoyarsk, at the new venues of the KRT, the developer “See City” will build houses and kindergarten

The construction group “SM. City” and the Department of Urban Planning of Krasnoyarsk entered into an agreement on the integrated development of territories.

The contract applies to three non -laying territories: in the per. TV, on the street. Peresonson and st. Malinovsky. The total area of land plots is 4.23 hectares. The owner of the sites – LLC “SZ“ New City ”, is part of the SMS CHRISTOUM group.

According to the contract, three residential buildings of variable number of storeys (4-16 floors) and a kindergarten with 270 places will be placed at the complex development sites. The company will build a social facility at its own expense in the Oktyabrsky district in the per. The TV next to the houses “See City” under construction and will transmit the municipality for free.

“See City” will begin to design a kindergarten this year and plans to build it until 2029 inclusive. We will transfer the object to the city, it will be a full -fledged municipal kindergarten with 270 seats. We use the land plot as useful as possible to increase the number of places for children. Therefore, children of not only our residential complex, but also from neighboring houses will be able to get into this preschool.
