The prosecutor's office helped return the salary of almost half a million cashiers of Magnit in the Dzerzhinsky district

In the Dzerzhinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the prosecutor's office helped the sellers of the Magnit store receive a salary in the amount of 450 thousand rubles.

“Two sellers-cashier of the Magnit store for a whole year honestly pierced checks, helped visitors with purchases and believed that the employer would also let him down. But the director of the store went wrong. Instead of calculations, he proposed to write applications for dismissal “at his own free will”. And when they asked about the salary and the output allowance, they heard in response: “There is no money, with a debt to the cashiers almost half a million rubles,” the regional prosecutor’s office said.

Desperate, the sellers turned to the prosecutor's office. The employer immediately received an idea from the department in which the prosecutor reminded him of his obligations to his subordinates and demanded immediately to move on to their execution.

After the prosecutor’s inspection, employees' labor rights were successfully restored, and the money was paid.
