Then the man turned to Rospotrebnadzor, where he was given an opinion in order to protect his rights. As a result, the court decided to recover from Siberian-K LLC In favor of the consumer, 35,782 rubles: this amount included compensation for losses – 20,885 rubles, moral damage – 3,000 rubles and a fine – 11,927 rubles.
