“I had a period when I injected Ozempic, I admit absolutely frankly, because I went through this path, like many women. And I can say that I do not advise doing this, because to a certain extent my health fell. But the result was really good,” said the artist.
She added that Sto now weighs 68 kg, but intends to continue losing weight and lose about 4 more kg. According to the singer, she now adheres to the principles of proper nutrition, takes vitamins and maintains water balance.
What is “Ozempic”
The active ingredient of Ozempica is semaglutide, which is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults.
Ozempic was registered in Ukraine in 2022.
The UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) recommends that women those using injections for weight loss, use additional contraceptionbecause these drugs can reduce the effectiveness of contraceptive pills in overweight or obese women. In addition, it is not known whether this medicine could harm an unborn baby.
Context
Mila Nitich (real name – Lyudmila Nitichuk) was born in 1990 in the Khmelnitsky region. The singer’s collaboration with producer Vladimir Bebeshko began after her performance in the “Chance” project.
In 2011, Nitich took part in the final of the national selection for Eurovision with the song Goodbye, taking 20th place. The second attempt, made in 2017, ended in defeat – Nitich performed in the second semi-final of the national selection with the song Mystery, taking sixth place.
In December 2019 the artist announced the termination of cooperation with Bebeshko after 10 years of collaboration.
