The right defender Szabolcs Kilyen (27 years old) is the new player of Corvin Hunedoara. The announcement was made by the club in Liga 2, through a statement published on social networks.
Corvin Hunedoara has proposed promotion in Superliga since season 2025-2026. The formation coached by Florin Maxim has not benefited from this right in the last two due to the form of organization.

Our club has reached an agreement with the 27-year-old defender, who will wear the white-blue shirt until the end of the season, with the possibility of extending the understanding! Szabolcs – who scored a goal in the friendly with CSC Şelimbăr – comes from CSU Alba Iulia and has a CV in which there are still bands such as Lighthouse, Dinamo, Sepsi, ASA Târgu Mureş, CS Mioveni, Nyíregyháza and Vasas, with about 100 appearances in the first two leagues in Romania and Hungary.

Kilyen played 5 matches for Dinamo in the 2019-2020 season. He last played in Alba Iulia, a band that lost the promotion dam with Râmnicu Vâlcea.
