In Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case of negligence was opened after abuse of the boy in the Sosnovy Bor children's camp. This was told in the prosecutor's office and the Investigative Committee.
Recall, on June 25, 2025, in a children's sports camp, three adolescents aged 11 to 13 years performed other violent acts of a sexual nature in relation to a 10-year-old child. The boy reported this to the coach. However, the last measures did not accept the protection of the rights of the child and did not protect him from further unlawful actions. Soon the situation was repeated.
“As the audit showed, contrary to the requirements of the law, the management of the institution did not provide safe conditions for the child’s stay, after the incident did not take measures to protect his rights,” the prosecutor’s office said.
According to the SK, it was the negligent inaction of the camp officials that entailed the subsequent commission of a crime against the child. Currently, investigative actions are carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime.
Investigation of the criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (negligence) is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
