The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, answered questions from journalists about his bright red notebook with the inscription “List of p…daras 2026” during the international forum “Security Architecture” on June 1. The video was distributed on Telegram by Channel 5.
Budanov was asked if he had a notebook for good people.
“As one cartoon character said, “you can’t become famous for good deeds,” unfortunately. For good people… To be honest, I didn’t. This is a good idea, perhaps we’ll work on it,” said the head of the OP.
The names of those who are in the notebook with the eloquent title, according to Budanov, will remain a secret for now.
“In time I will show you,” he promised.
