“In June, the expected charter and regular cruises took off from the port, including to Barcelona, ​​Tirana and prevents. Connections are carried out through both LOT and Wizz Air” – Polish airports (PPL) said on Wednesday.

This year's June is worse than last year in terms of the number of passengers served. In June 2024, the Warsaw-Radom airport served almost 15.8 thousand. people. “Despite the result of about 16.5 percent, the current season shows the gradual return of interest in traveling from Radom, and the airport is consistently developing its offer” – emphasized PPL.

The company hopes that soon more carriers will decide on flights from Radom, because this port received permission to launch 10 air operations at night, which – according to PPL – increases its operational flexibility and creates a chance for further development.

From the beginning of 2025, over 32,000 benefited from the Warsaw-Radom airport. passengers. In the summer season from Radom you will be able to fly, among others to: Spain, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Albania and Cyprus.

The airport in Radom started operating in May 2014. For a short time, flights from this city took place, among others to: Riga, Berlin, Wrocław and Lviv. It was the only public airport in Poland that was created without EU support.
