At the Achinsk station, the Krasnoyarsk Railway, the train mortally injured a man. The tragedy happened on April 24 in the evening.
“According to preliminary data, the man crossed the ways along the pedestrian flooring and stopped in the dangerous proximity of the railway track along which the train was moving,” said the Eastern Interregional Investigation Administration of Transport of the IC of Russia.
Currently, all the circumstances and causes of the incident are established, a pre -investigation is carried out on the grounds of violation of traffic safety rules and the operation of railway transport that entailed the death of a person (part 2 of article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Based on the results, a procedural decision will be made.
