In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 80 % of medical organizations experience difficulties in the selection of staff

Analysts at the leading Russian platform of online recruiting HH.ru conducted a survey and found that medical organizations in the Krasnoyarsk Territory are difficult to select staff.
Medicine and pharmaceuticals remain the most scarce professional spheres in the region: only 1.4 resumes of potential candidates are per vacancy, despite the fact that a health and demand ratio is healthy for the labor market starts from 4 resumes for a vacancy. Compared to last year, the index indicators have grown a little (0.1 percentage points), but in fact, health workers and pharmacists are still not enough to fully meet the needs of employers.
The survey showed that in 2025, 80 % of employers surveyed immediately have difficulty in the selection of doctors, junior medical staff, as well as other specialists necessary for working in medicine. Moreover, 62 %, or 2/3, the respondents added that, compared with 2024, it became much more difficult for them to recruit personnel, another third (27 %) noted that the situation has not changed in any way, but did not even better. And only 4 % admitted that it became easier for them to close the vacancies of doctors. The rest found it difficult to answer.
Employers also shared, specialists of which categories are most difficult for them to find. And the leading position was in the average medical staff – this category of employees is most difficult to immediately look for 48 % or every second second -response in Russia. In second place are medical staff. This category of workers is difficult to immediately look for 37 % of the companies surveyed. In third place are administrative personnel in medicine. They experience problems with him another 29 %.
Meanwhile, the interviewed employers have recognized a number of other problems characteristic of the medical sphere. So, the survey showed that most often medical workers go to competitors offering more income. Or even change their professional sphere, for example, moving to an IT sector or retail.
In addition, there are a number of problems that can affect the personnel in the medical industry. So, according to most interviewed employers, most often the personnel turnover occurs for three reasons: dissatisfaction with working conditions – 59 %noted, the lack of qualified candidates in the labor market (51 %) and the rapid burnout of staff (42 %).
